Child safety standards

Zero tolerance
ekili prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualising minors and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes. ekili is only for people aged 18 and over.
How to report
In the app, long press a clip or open a profile or conversation, choose Report and pick A minor appears (or Sexual content / Illegal). A clip reported for a minor is hidden immediately, before any review. You can also write to contact@ekili.app.
What we do
A moderator reviews every report. Content that breaks these standards is removed and the account is closed. Confirmed child sexual abuse material and exploitation are reported to the competent authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the national police, as the law requires.
Compliance
ekili complies with child safety laws in the countries where it is available and cooperates with law enforcement.
